Can UR automatically assign an item to a folder?

I understand the concept of key words for searching.

And I know how to manually Move/Link an item to a folder.

But what my previous PIM could do was automatically organize items into their respective category folders by recognizing key words.

Can UR do something like that?

It can (sort of), if you create "Search items", in that found items in the related items pane could be considered as "automatically assigned" to the given item ;-)

The method that quant describes-creating several search item to organize items by keywords- is how I do this. The example GTD demonstrates this in the Active GTD folder. The collected-by-keyword items appear in the Child Items pane rather than the Data Explorer Pane. There I have the flexibility to choose which attributes to display and the order of display.
