Attribute not copied when item copied to another database

The attribute "Date Accessed" is not copied (it's made empty) when copying items from one database to another. I suppose this is a bug cause I don't see a reason why it shoudn't be copied, or is there? Can you please correct it? Many thanks

It's intentional that Date Accessed/Access Count are excluded when copying, but we'll consider changing that in the future. Thanks.

so what's the rationale for excluding them? I understand that for example itemid might not be copied, but for any other attribute?

I use both Date Accessed/Access Count quite often, and because those are not copied at the moment, every time I need part of just part of database somewhere else, I need to create a copy of the whole db and then remove the rest, annoying (not to mention that it takes a loooooong time).

I'm not entirely sure, but possibly because with the default settings, the values will change as soon as the item is selected.
