return to last activated tab

Currently, if I have open several items each in its own tab, I can open an item in a new tab by right-clicking a link and selecting "Open in New Tab." Well and good.

And currently, closing the new tab displays the new rightmost tab.

I'd find it very useful if, instead, URP took me back to the opener tab (assuming it is still open).
