New window with own layout

In Excel, you can open a file, format it with panes, showing formulas, etc. You can then open a new window on the same file and format it differently (showing or hiding gridlines, freezing different columns and rows, etc.).

I would like something similar in URP - where I can have one window that shows mulitple panes and then open a new window on the same file and have it display only the tree (when moused over) and the item detail pane.

I'd like to be able to save these windows so that they can be closed and reopened as needed.
