Collector button

I'd like to suggest a "Collector Button." Here's how I envision it:

- All aspects of this are controlled in the Options dialog.
- The button can be user-set as always visible in the URP interface.
- The button provides a link to a folder in the URP database, ideally set by the user.
- The user can then drag any item or any selected content within an item to the Collector button.
- If an item is selected, a link is created so that the item now appears in the original location and in the Collector folder location.
- If content within an item is selected, it creates a new item in the Collector folder.

The value of this is simple: I drag and create items into the Collector ad-hoc during the day. At the end of the day, they are all in one place ready for me to file them away properly. This effectively separates the higher-grade activities I do during the day from the lower-grade clerical activities that are necessary, but should be done during off-peak time.

The way I do it now is to add some unique for the day, and then at the end of the day search for that unique text. It works, but I'd really rather have the Collector function as described here.
