Import HTML docs and preserve links. Can it be done?
First and as usual, I would like to thank you again and again for this great and powerful product that I have used over the years.
I have a directory full of html content in the form of a deep nested tree. It starts with index.html. When launched from the directory, I can navigate fine and all links work. I would like to import this tree to URP. The import works fine, but links are dead. I understand why, but is there a work-around? Will it ever work from inside URP? Thank you. |

No, that isn't supported. UR would have to convert each link in the imported page into a link to a UR item (some of which would not exist yet when a particular page is being imported). Not a simple task.

Just to clarify that this may be possible to an extent if imported as links vs. stored. So long directory structure and its contents are preserved.
This is not what I wanted, but I thought to mention this for future readers. Thank you. |
