Change properties dialog box

Currently, the properties dialog box is modal. This makes for a difficult to use UI since the dialog box has to be closed and reopened so often.

I suggest that that the properties dialog box become a docking window, the way it is in Visual Studio. This way, one could show the list of steps, the list of macros, and the properties window together and click around to select what to work on.
