Copy/Move confirmation?

I am currently setting up a database based on another I use. Thus, I'm doing a lot of minor changes to many files; a lot of work in the tree to format it to UR.

I've noticed that any slight lag in responsiveness to my frequent fast mouse-clicks allow me to move items from folder to folder without noticing what folder it has moved into...or even WHAT moved.

I am working with a database of over 7000 items all similarly named. Keeping track of what moved and where by observation and memory is virtually impossible.

I run a file manager that has as an option "Confirm Drag and Drop". It also has an option to disallow direct Left-click drag and drop and only allow the right-click "Move/Copy/Cancel" dialog.

Do such a safety features already exist in UR? Can they be added?

Bill

I run the program portable...no registry changes. These types of programs are installed...registry changes. I could end up using this database anywhere and on any machine. I can't install third party programs just to run UR.

Should I assume from your answer that you're not interested in such a feature?

Implemented in v5.2.0.9. See DisableLeftMouseButtonDrag at http://www.kinook.com/Forum/showthread.php?t=5097.

Should I assume this implements in the *.ini file like we discussed previously?

DisableLeftMouseButtonDrag_INT=0

If so, thank you very much for the improvement. It's personalization like that that keeps me coming back!
