How do I view an encrypted password in a project?

Specifically the PFX password in a Sign Code step.

I like that it is encrypted but I need to create help steps for co-workers so that in the event of an emergency they can recover the pw from the VBP xml file or out of the IDE

Hold down the Shift key, select Tools | Application Options on the menu, and go to the Advanced tab (with Shift still down). Uncheck Obscure password property values and click OK.
