Show Explorer menu not enabled

No matter what InfoItem I select (stored document, linked document, rich text item, even a file in a linked Windows Explorer folder), the Show Explorer Menu menu item is grayed out, as is the toolbar button, and neither Ctrl-E nor Ctrl-Shift-E do anything.

What am I doing wrong?

It looks like that was broken in 1.1 -- thanks for reporting it. One method that still works is Ctrl+right click or Ctrl+context menu key.

Version 1.2a of Ultra Recall is available which restores the disabled Show Explorer Menu functionality (as well as several other bug fixes and enhancements).

You can download the latest version of Ultra Recall here: http://www.kinook.com/UR/download.html

You can view the "How to Upgrade to a newer version of Ultra Recall?" FAQ entry here: http://www.kinook.com/Forum/showthre...=&threadid=911

Note: Version 1.2a is a minor version update and is free to all licensed users of Ultra Recall.
