Database Full

When repairing / compacting my database I get an error message stating that the repair failed because the database is full. My database is about 125Mbytes. This seems to conflict with the faq which talks about a maximum database size of 2TBytes. Any ideas?

How much free space do you have on the drive where this Info Database is located?

Currently a compact operation takes roughly twice as much as space as the size of the Info Database. This message indicates that an insufficient amount of drive space is available for the compact operation.
