Feedback request concerning Visual Build Professional
We have a customer request for user feedback about Visual Build Professional, specifically related to use in a large scale environment (200+ users): maintenance efforts, support availability, bugs, etc.
Our customer privacy policy precludes us from providing references of Kinook Software customers in response to this request. Although we have a small development team (about 8 development programmers and 1 automated testing programmer), we have been using VBP for a number of years to manage a large nightly build (about 4 hours) and project build on demand.
Kinook provide far and away the best support (through this web site) I have ever seen anywhere in the computing industry, or indeed any else. VBP is reliable. Bugs are fixed in very short order (most times in less than a day) and Kinook welcome (and implement) suggestions for improvements and new features.
