More control over web import location

I love the HTML import in UR, but would love a tweak. Here is the problem that I have:

1. I import a lot of HTML pages, basically building an indexed, searchable, knowledge base. I create a new folder each day and save web pages all day into that folder. I then move or alias the important ones into a more structured set of KB folders.

2. I also use UR for other work, and so I'm often working on a place in the UR explorer that is far away from my web-imports folder.

3. I use the "Insert imported items at bold item..." setting so that new web pages go in the appropriate (dated) folder within my KB system.

4. I often forget to navigate to said folder before doing an import, and end up having to move web imports from within my project folders.

I know I can choose to have them import into the "Imported Items" folder, but what I would really like is to be able to specify EXACTLY which folder that web imports go into.

In a perfect world, I would right-click on my folder and choose "New Imports Here" from the context menu. Some sort of graphic overlay or icon as a status indicator would be a bonus.

Also, since I often have two or more UR databases open, it would be especially nice if the setting were Global, across databases, so that all my web captures go into the same file. It would be very, very cool if said database did not even have to be open at the time, so I could be working away on my project work, see something cool on the web, and capture it into my KB database without missing a beat.
