contact template... item details field missing?

Hi Kevin

I have now started to make formal use of UR for Contacts. Obviously I know its possible to add any number of new attributes to this template, but in the special item details pane, where in this template it is a form to input the most common Contact attribute values - one extremely common attribute that is missing from here is "Job Title"..... I would prefer to have it here on this form interface...

Also - perhaps as a future bells & whistles feature, you might consider adding Skype, or other general VOIP integration (selectable in options) - and thus to be able to click on a Skype USER ID attribute - or a home/work phone number attribute and have it invoke SkypeOut to call a land-line......
