Link a page to an project?

I have been evaluating Ultra Recall, and am very impressed with its ability to capture information and link it to multiple folders.

Where I am having a problem is in working with Projects. I would like to link a group of documents to a project. If I link a document, the link shows up mixed in with the tasks. I have tried putting a link in the Notes, but it only shows up as text.

Ideally what I would like is a separate fork/container (like Notes) for structured items like Project or Contact where I could put links to related documents.

Am I missing something?

If you are talking about internal or "wiki" linking (linking from item text/attributes to another UR item), that feature is not currently available but is planned for a future release.

For now, you might be able to arrange things like this in the Data Explorer:

Project A
--Tasks
----Task A
----Task B
--Documents
----Document A
----Document B
...

Smile I think I'm on track

Thanks for your reply.

I am not trying to do hot links, just something like you proposed. I just didn't see how.

I finally realized that I can add a folder under project, and modify the fields without affecting the fields for tasks. This will allow for what I want to do.
