Question VSS 6.0 and VSS 2005 Coexistance

Recently, I have installed Visual SourceSafe 2005 on my machine. Already there was Visual SourceSafe 6.0d. From my initial testing, they seem to coexist without a problem. However, when running a build and using the SSHelper.exe utility, I am not sure what version it is using. Does someone know which version it would use? I want it to use the VSS 2005 version. TO do so, should I remove the VSS 6.0d version?

Thanks.
