Docked toolbars do not remember their position

Greetings,

How do I get the UR to remember the docked toolbar arrangement and positions?

Now I can arrange the toolbars so they occupy a minimum of vertical space over 3 rows. When closing and re-opening the database they are spread out again over 5 rows with a lot of wasted space. It is tedious to re-arrange every time I open a database.

The Toolbar positions are persisted when a different Layout is selected and when Ultra Recall is closed.

The issue might be that some toolbars are dynamic in size (such as the Database Toolbar) which if it grows will displace toolbars that were docked to the right and no longer have space to be displayed.
