custom fields

Is there any way to create custom fields and have them included in customized forms?

This capability is present in the v.3 beta and works very well.

Create custom attributes in the Item Attributes Pane, or at Tools | Attributes.

Define custom forms at Tools | Forms.

Assign the custom forms to template items with the Form attribute (in the Item Attributes Pane).

Read all about forms in the Ultra Recall helpfile, just search on Forms.
