Finding big items

Hi,

I'd like to be able to find big items, either by search or some visual cue in the explorer pane - preferably both. I'm pretty sure there's no way to currently do this. Can this be put on the roadmap?

Related topic: is there any way to take a big item and instead of storing it in UR3 have it linked to a file outside of UR3?

Thanks.

Regards,
Bal

I was thinking along the same lines, but different implementation.

The size could be another (system) attribute of the item. That's it. Then you could sort by it, search ...

Try an advanced search where "Document Size greater than 500000" (500k); modify to taste.

Wordmuse, I was somehow assuming you tried to have a look at the attributes, hehe

Yep - I did, but not closely enough. The "problem" (not really) is that UR3 is so feature rich that figuring everything out really does take a little diligence.

This is a good thing! It's like having a top class clerk who really can do what you want him or her to do...

Hmm - another idea - give UR3 "personality options" - nah - look what it did to Marvin the Robot.

Bal
