A question for Kinook

When conceiving various system attributes, etc. I'm curious how you saw "appointment" used in connection with contact, i.e. how did you visualize these being used together. The reason for this question is that I am trying to decide whether to track my activities w a particular contact withihn the form (in the bland space below the form page) or to create a group of logical links that will shiow all activites below the parent contact. Thank you.

Either way has advantages and disadvantages.

Ultra Recall isn't designed specifically as a contact/task manager but rather to have a clean, intuitive yet powerful interface and linkage system. Therefore our goal is to accommodate a wide range of uses and provide several ways to do things (our experience is that for each feature there are as many thoughts on how it could or should work as there are users!).

I know that doesn't directly answer your question - I myself use both techniques in Ultra Recall based on a variety of factors...
