Data loss with "Send"

I clipped some jpgs from the web into the Imported Items folder and some others into a folder that I had made. Using File->Send I e-mailed the jpgs in the imported items folder.

The jpgs remained in that folder (as I expect - Send shouldn't mean "move") and then closed UR. When I re-opened UR, the Imported Items folder was empty - all clipped photos had gone (but the other photo's clipped into the other folder, and not sent, were still there).

Looks like a bug to me. Any ideas?

The Send function of Ultra Recall does not modify the data in any way, so something else must have triggered this deletion (they weren't in the Recycle Bin either?).

Is this reproducible? If so, please provide the exact steps used so we can trouble-shoot.
