Can I exclude a file from being checked out in Surround SCM?

Can I exclude a file from being checked out, while checking out everything else in that repository using 'Surround SCM' action step? There is a file that gives me an error when I try to check it out and stops my checkout process. I got a lot of files there, and I don't want to write each on in on the 'Surround SCM' checkout action step and just exclude that one. How can I do this, if possible? Thank you.

Looking at Surround SCM CLI Guide 50.pdf, I do see a -n flag ("Filter to use for search") on the GET command. Perhaps that would be of use. I'm not familiar with filters in Surround SCM, so you'd need to check with their support department for additional information.

Otherwise, perhaps the condition causing the error could be corrected. Again, the Surround SCM folks should be able to help with that.
