Access Violations, Runtime Errors & UR Crash

I've been experiencing a lot of access violations and system crashes over the past week. I've attached a rar file with dialog captures showing the errors generated.

To summarize:

• - Access Violation on selecting "Open Contact" in contact editor -> UR crash -> current changes to contact are lost
  - Access Violations and Runtime Error on UR close -> UR crash
  - Access Violations when selecting item in tree -> item won't display in the viewer
  - Access Violations emptying trash -> UR crash

Let me know if I can provide further details or perform any procedures to narrow the problems down.

UR 3.1.1.6
Windows XP SP2

Were any changes made (software installations or updates, Windows updates, driver patches, etc.) on the computer when this started happening? What background/resident software+versions (temp file cleaners, anti-virus, anti-spyware, etc.) are installed?

Please ZIP and send or post:
1) The info from Help | About | Install Info
2) A .urd file and detailed steps to demonstrate the problems
3) Run RegEdit and export the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall"
4) The files at "%APPDATA%\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall"
