email integration

Kinook (or anyone), I know URp is able to integrate w Outlook, etc but I don't use this/these products. However, I do have an email program that allows me to export msgs as different file types: eml, msg, html, mbx.

I'm wondering if the 'from' attribute is usable in any of these formats, i.e. will/can URp automatically parse the from address & insert it into the from attribute or is this reserved for Outlook?

Thank you.

.eml or .msg (or .mbx imported via File | Import -> an mbox file) should work, as long as they are actually MIME or Outlook MSG format (Outlook will need to be installed for UR to process .msg files). If .eml / .msg is included at 'Tools | Options | Documents | File extensions to display in MIME viewer', the UR message viewer will be used to display the imported message in UR.

OK, that works fine. Thanks.
