Scroll bar

I have a large text file stored in UR as one item. When I navigate to the item in the Data Explorer it will display in the Item Detail pane. However I cannot use the scroll bar to move through the text. The scroll bar appears greyed out. The only way to get to other areas in my text is to use the keyboard or the scroll wheel on my mouse.

Using URp 3.2.04 on Win XP SP2.

Thanks.

Jon

Please ZIP and send or post:
1) The info from Help | About | Install Info
2) A .urd file with an item that demonstrates the problem

Thanks.

I cannot send you the database because (1) it is far too large and (2) it contains confidential information. I tried copying the offending item to a new database and, surprise, the scrollbar appeared normally. The original database still showed the problem. Nothing I tried would resolve it. I re-started, refreshed, etc. Finally I opened the item in a new tab. The scrollbar displayed normally. Closing the new tab, I saw the scrollbar as it should be in the original tab.

Go figure.

This seems to be a known problem and I still get it quite often. See: http://www.kinook.com/Forum/showthre...ght=scroll+bar

Thanks for your reference. The problem I experienced was not resolved by refreshing as described in the thread, so maybe this is something different. Opening the item in a new tab seemed to resolve it. I was then able to close the new tab and the scrollbar was fixed in the original view.
