Unable to link or copy Outlook email from 2nd profile

I have mailboxes on two different Exchange servers on the same network, and need to switch profiles in Outlook to access them.

When I use the standard profile (named 'Outlook' by default) I can link and copy emails from Outlook with no problem.

When I switch to the second outlook profile (named 'FR' as a shortcut for the domain) I get the attached error on attempts to link or copy emails from Outlook.

I'm using the buttons in the 'Ultra Recall' toolbar in Outlook to perform copies or links. The 'Import into Ultra Recall' dialog comes up so I can choose where to copy or link, but then after I make a selection the error is displayed and no work is performed.

My guess - UR is assuming the profile is named 'outlook', and isn't accounting for the possibility of multiple profiles.

Thanks,
Mark.

UR 4.2b (latest 'b' version) on Win7 Ultimate 64bit, Outlook 2007.

I believe that UR only works with the default profile.

Is there any chance of updating so that it sees what profile the user is currently logged in as? I'm currently kinda crippled in UR use because of this limitation.

Looking into it a little, it looks like the object model was improved in Outlook 2007 and higher and it's now pretty easy to get the profile.

There's some documentation here. It looks like the Namespace class returns CurrentProfileName.

Thanks,
Mark.
