Item Details and Notes Panes Shortcuts

Referring to the online manual (http://www.kinook.com/UltraRecall/Ma...ingstarted.htm),
I've trouble to understand the following keyboard shortcuts:

Text and Web Related
Ctrl+Q or Enter
Navigate to the selected internal link or open the selected URL in the Internal Browser

Ctrl+Shift+Q, Shift+Enter, or Shift+Click
Open the focused or selected URL in the default browser

Ctrl+Click
Open the item or URL in a new tab

For example, on the Item Details pane, I keep pressing Ctrl+Q, but see no discernable difference.

Is Ctrl+Q similar to Auto Seek for the next hyperlink?

Ctrl+J and Ctrl+Shift+J launch the stored/linked item (related to the url attribute value).

Ctrl+Q and Ctrl+Click launch the focused/selected url in the Item Details pane. In rich text, you can focus/select with the keyboard (arrow keys), in the internal browser you can focus/select urls with the Tab key.
