Sounds like it. The indicators of a stored vs. linked document:
1) Title in the Item Details pane is suffixed with ' [Stored]' 2) Item | Store Contents menu item / toolbar button are depressed 3) Existence of Document Size attribute (Item Attributes pane). When dropping a message in UR, hold down the Ctrl key to force it to store. http://www.kinook.com/UltraRecall/Ma...nalsources.htm When pasting, use Edit | Paste Special | Copy (or Ctrl+Shift+V). http://www.kinook.com/UltraRecall/Ma...oardglobal.htm Or use the Outlook UR toolbar Copy to UR button. http://www.kinook.com/UltraRecall/Ma...ntegration.htm Or check Tools | Options | Import | Store contents when importing and syncing files and Outlook items (will cause the default drag/drop, copy/paste behavior, and sync behavior be to store rather than link). http://www.kinook.com/UltraRecall/Ma...portdialog.htm |
