Not able to edit files internally after upgrade

Hello,
After upgrading to version3, I lost the ability to edited files (e.g., doc, xls, ppt, etc.) from within UR. In fact documents wont scroll and toolbuttons don't work. All I can do is open it and view the first page of the documents.

Everything was working fine before installing the upgrade. My options settings appear to be the same as they were before the upgrade.
Thanks,
Timothy

Please ZIP and send or post:
1) The info from Help | About | Install Info
2) Run RegEdit and export the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall\Options"
3) A .urd file with an item not displaying/editing properly
4) A screenshot of editing this item in UR

Thanks.

hmm

Suddenly, UR has started working propoerly again when viewing documents. As far as I can tell, I have not changed anything in UR or on my computer. Sorry for the trouble.
