Sadly I was able to reproduce the problem on another computer. It has very different hardware, different Windows installation and OS language. I am sending the diagnostic data from both PCs via e-mail.

I was able to reproduce with your example, but not when using the debug version of UR, which makes this difficult to diagnose.
