Error starting 64-bit portable version

Just downloaded the Portable x64 6.0.0.6 and extracted the files into a new folder underneath downloads and when I launch UR it failed on the following two screens.

Also, I was on portable x64 6.0.0.5 which was working fine, I found portable x64 6.0.0.4 in my backups and was able to roll back so I am able to use UR.

That is working in my tests on Windows 10.1903.18362.535. Which version of Windows are you on?

Does it help to hold down the Shift key when starting UR?

Otherwise, try renaming or moving Layout*.dat in the path of UltraRecall.exe

Using Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17763.914].

I did not see Layout*.dat and I did hold the shift key down while launching UR, no change.

Going back to 6.0.0.4 and or 6.0.0.5 does work.
