Outlook - Field Mapping for Contacts

For Contacts synchronization with Outlook a lot of fields do not seem to be mapped yet.

Specifically I'm thinking of
- Business Address (4-5 fields)
- Birthday
- IM address
- Company
- Job title

There are alot more possible fields to map, but these are the one's I'm missing (based on use both for personal contacts as well as business contacts).

Any remarks with regards how to do this manually would ofcourse also be welcome.
