Using other 'Flag type' icons

Is it possible to add other icons to use in addition to the flag icons to use to the left of topics? Thank you.

I hope this is a useful answer to the question you are asking.....

To change the Icon to the left of an item in the Data Explorer, you change the value of the Icon attribute in the Attributes pane.

Thanks. This would have been very useful if that was my question. I'm sorry I wasn't very clear. To the left of the attributes icon a user can insert a flag icon. That's what I was trying to change. I don't really like the flags.
