How can I import OneNote data?

In OneNote:
1) Choose File | Export from the menu
2) Choose what to export (Page, Section, or Notebook)
3) Select PDF, Word Document, or Single File Web Page format
4) Click Export

Import into Ultra Recall:
- Drag and drop or copy and paste the exported .pdf, .docx, or .mht file(s) from Windows Explorer
or
- Use the 'Files' or 'Folder' import option in Ultra Recall
