Function to conver single slash to double

[Too_Tall_Crown_Victoria]

I hope this is easy for someone out there. I need a function to take a single slash path and convert it to double slash. For example:

C:\Program Files\MyApp\data

needs to be converted to:

C:\\Program Files\\MyApp\\data

I have tried using VBScript but have been unsucessfull.
