Delphi build action missing from list

I recently upgraded to VBP 9.3. Today I noticed that the Delphi build action doesn't show up in the action list on the left side. There's still a predefined Embarcadero/Borland filter, but nothing shows when I select it.

The action still works fine in existing scripts, but this makes it more difficult to use it in new scripts.
