Question Visual source safe integration

I want to get the latest version of a project in sourcesafe.
The error that I get is:

"
No VSS database (srcsafe.ini) found. Use the SSDIR environment variable or run netsetup.
"

Setting the windows system environment SSDIR to the path where srcsafe.ini can be found does not work.
Executing netsetup does not work either.

At the options tab there is a parameter 'Show command-line constructed for ss.exe call'. When I execute this command in a dos box, the project is retreived correctly.

What should I do to make this work?

On the Database tab of the SourceSafe action, enter the path to the database's srcsafe.ini file in the Database field. From the help:

Database: The path to the SourceSafe database to operate on (required). This must be the full path (\\server\share[\path] or <drive>:\path1\[path2...]) to the folder containing the srcsafe.ini file for the database. The Browse button can be used to locate the database.
