Problem building .NET solution - configuration not found

Hello,
I am running 5.4 and am having a problem with building a solution containing both .NET and smart device projects. It all works fine in the VS.NET 2003 IDE. I receive an error stating "Configuration 'Release|Windows CE' not found" The config does exist.

I get the same result whether or not I specify the premade Release option (in the visual build dropdown for what config to build) or spell out the 'Release|Windows CE'.

Any ideas?

Download and install 5.4a.
