Link Syntax Question

Is there any support for this sort of linking to within an imported HTML file?

ur:///?item=1072,992,1000#anchor

(My goal is to write small program to take a folder of interlinked html files, make the appropriate XML from them to be imported, and remake their links into links that work between HTML files inside UR.)
