Another state for pane: AUTO-OPEN

There are following states for panes at present:

- closed
- open
- auto-hide
- floating

Maybe it was already suggested, I'd welcome

- auto-open state:

At present this could be used for child items pane, item parents, item notes pane for example. It would auto-open if the item has a child, has more than one parent, has non-empty notes, respectively. (I think I've seen this in MyBase for linked items, in there, there is a difference between links and children. Where item has links the pane with links opens automatically).

This feature would help maximize work space, and display only panes that carry some information. In general, it would be more information driven layout for UR, sth which you already trying to achieve with child items and search pane being one pane for example.

Good idea, that sounds truly useful, particularly for the notes pane.
