Annoyance 3: Undeletable Template
Some, not all, user-defined templates can't be deleted. The deleting item dialog stays there for days indefinitely. May I know why?

For example, the Publication template can't be deleted.

Exactly at this moment, the CPU is maximized all time high. CPU seems to be extremely busy to do nothing. But why?
This happens to many URDs.
