Time tracking/project software and UR

I'm used to Above&Beyond (or TimeTo, which is its twin brother).

It's not dedicated time tracker but rather dynamic scheduling calendar/system, but I use it to track time spent, it produces log files for each month, which are simple but also easy to import anywhere.

The integration with UR would be only by importing the simple log file which is a plain text.
It might be possible to create a database in UR and import into database fields, but that wouldn't be simple I'd guess - I have no such advanced experience with UR to be able to tell.
