Web document item info scrolls erratically when switched to
Hi Kinook ...
Facing this problematic behavior when reading web info item in UR. As I study a doc, I highlight snippets and at some point, I have to switch to another info item. When returning to the web item, it looses my location and scrolls me to start of doc or some other location. With every switch, I have to scroll again to where I was. This is taxing and distracting. On long documents, it becomes obstructive. Any ideas or solutions? Thanks |

Within the same session, if you open multiple items in separate tabs, the scroll position is maintained within each tab, and also when going back and forward (Go menu).

It works fine for RTF or text, but not HTML doc. Which info item type did you test with?

Darn it
It only works with IE. All other browsers (Chrome, Edge, FF) cause editor to scroll erratically. Thanks |
