Microsoft may be upgrading Riched20.dll

UR uses this control in rendering its rich text content. It appears MS is thinking of upgrading this major Windows control. Hope they do! Says principal microsoft engineer, Murray.

Any improvement in the rich text editing capabilities of UR is more than welcome.

Were brainstorming on how to upgrade the OS RichEdit. If you have Microsoft 365 installed (Word, etc.), you can already use the riched20.dll that comes with it. On my Surface Book, its located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\vfs\ProgramFilesCommonX64\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE16. Re disabling smooth scrolling, I have a feeling well be offering more options. Thanks for the suggestion.
