access violation when trying to import

Hello!

Since upgrading to version 2 I get frequent access violation failures when I try to import a website via Firefox.

In order to be sure, everything went fine, I have to check after each import - which is somewhat annoying and time consuming. Is this a known bug?

Regards,

Andreas Harlander

It's new to us. Please post:

1) The info from Help | About | Install Info
2) The version of Firefox you're running
3) The exact steps to reproduce (URL of a page where this occurs, how you imported, etc.)

Thanks.

Access violation on file import

I am also getting intermittent access violations on file import and also import from outlook. Never had it before v2.

A prerelease build of v2.0a, which fixed this issue for http://www.kinook.com/Forum/showthre...?threadid=1802, is available at http://www.kinook.com/Download/UltraRecallProTest.exe

Unfortunately it seems like the error hasn't been fixed. I still get the aforementioned messages.
