Database is locked - but got it opened

I have just purchased this product. Two things have happened now that are potenitally buster items for me.....1) I am unable to view pdfs in the internal browser screen....I wrote a separate discussion item on this. 2) after navigating around on the tree....I had previous done some file renaming in Windows Explorer...my data base is locked! Two days of population the Ultra recall....I closed the software and reopened. The data base is back. How shall I back up this data? Is there a suggested way?

So is the locked data base problem solved?

All your data is in a single file, unless you intentionally created multiple files. To backup, you need only copy the .urd file.
