pin / 'pop up' any Item Notes Window

I am often reading content of an info item, and wanting to copy and paste snippets of it, or other comments about it, to another info item's Notes field.

Therefore it seems to me that it would be super convenient to be able to maintain one or more Info Item's Notes panes as 'pin-able' 'pop up' windows (separated from the main application window)...

In addition, this is where internal hyperlinks would, if available in UR, be really great, giving the ability to simply copy an internal link (URL) to some text in an info item's notes (or details), and paste that link in another info item's Notes, or indeed anywhere else in UR.... (Custom link text would also need to be provided)

Anyone else agree?

I agree that this would be useful. Zoot allows this, for example.

I agree. I would like to add my vote for this feature. I think it is highly needed.
