cross pollinating form fields

I don't use the built in contact form because some fields are ridiculously long & it doesn't have some things I want & I can't edit the form itself.

However, let's assume I did use it.

I populate the first | last name | tel | address

Now I have an appt form.

In that appt form I include fields first | last name | address, shouldn't I be able to scroll down a list in each of these fields in which I would find first | last name | address choices from the contacts form?

Only if those attributes are configured to Auto-complete values from other items (Tools | Attributes | Properties).

Kinook have very cleverly left one option available for you to change with system attributes. That being the opportunity to turn them into a drop-down list in data entry forms. You need to turn on "Auto-complete values from other items". From the main menu go [Tools | Attributes], find the attribute you want change, eg. Last Name, double-click and put a tick in the bottom option.
