I decompiled the Help file with one of those chm to html converters and then imported the folder into UR.

I have no problems editing it.

I have attached the file. Not sure if it would upload as it is not one of the valid extensions for Attached files

However, it is not as neat as the one in http://www.kinook.com/Download/Misc/URManual.zip
