since vcbuild is no longer in VS2010 I had to rewrite my scripts to use MSBuild (a search and replace in the XML seemed to work on all my scripts).
if you have any luck otherwise please post back here one other thing that got me was that there is no more output.html but that's in another thread of mine if you wish to search for it.
